Throughout the year 2024, the Campus de la Transition accompanied the Departmental Council of Val d'Oise in the implementation of an ambitious training plan for all its agents, as part of the financing of the ANR under the plan France 2030 - project CY Generations.
Three objectives were pursued in this context :
- help the teams concerned to better understand the challenges of the ecological and social transition,
- strengthening a common culture within the teams,
- identify and make emerge concrete lines of action for all trades.
